Automate this step by sending an automatic email to Gmail users after they sent me an email with or without using Virtru.

In this project, we want to automate this step by sending an automatic email to Gmail users (e.g., we have a list of their emails) after they sent me an email with or without using Virtru (it is an encrypted email). Furthermore, we will include a survey link in the automated email asking them to answer some questions (e.g., we will create two survey links; one for those who used Virtru and the other for those who did not use Virtru). First, I will send a regular email to these Gmail users asking them to email me a specific attachment [Note: we can include a link (web application and ask Gmail users to click on it to read general instructions if we need to track their emails]. After Gmail users receive this regular email and read the instructions, which ask them to email me specific attachments. Now, Gmail users sent the email, they will automatically get an email in the same minute: 1) if they enabled Virtru in their email (with or without the attachment) and send it to my email, they will get an automatic email including a specific Survey link for those who used Virtru Or 2) if they send regular email without Virtru (with or without the attachment) and send it to my email, they will get an automatic email includes a specific Survey link for those who did not use Virtru.
