Automate periodic JSON data fetch data from a website using cookies
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Looking to automate data fetch from a website after defined period. Program must:
1) handle cookie changes in request header
2) program should not break on any data fetch errors: network down, missing column error, null/ zero data, incorrect data type, buffer overflow
3) program should continue to refresh on defined frequency in minutes ignoring all errors
4) Fetch frequency to be read from a cell within the sheet defined in minutes
5) URL of data fetch to be defined in sheet in cells can be called Input sheet
6) if JSON URL is not reachable it should try 3 times before marking it as error even on error it will not prompt anything will try to re-fetch on next set frequency
Payment to be made if there is no user intervention, data will fetch for at least 3-4 hours continuously and no dialog pops up for any error related to cookie/ buffer/ missing column/ etc.

Excel version to be used: Excel 365 (latest) excel
Payment to be made if:
1) Excel is shared in total with all source code
2) No cells/ code/ part is locked in security
