Anti-Plagiarism Tool in Node.js

I’m looking for a software engineer with strong experience in Node.js to build a plagiarism checker, designed specifically to prevent plagiarism. The tool should be able to examine Node.js language scripts to identify copied code and trace code similarity. While I haven't specified any additional features, I leave open the option for the developer to suggest and incorporate features that can improve the performance and user experience. Expertise in algo development, code metrics, good understanding of plagiarism checker algorithms such as MOSS (Measure of Software Similarity) and Dolos will be highly appreciated.
