We are seeking an experienced automation expert to help finalize a workflow in N8N, integrate APIs, and optimize the flow for customer interaction. The workflow involves configuring webhooks, JSON data handling, and API calls (such as Google Docs, OpenAI, and WhatsApp Business). The aim is to create an efficient, clear, and scalable system for our AI-powered customer service.
Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot an existing N8N workflow.
Set up and refine switch nodes, if conditions, and API integrations.
Ensure JSON data paths are accurately routed (e.g., json.body.entry[0].changes[0].value.messages).
Test and optimize the flow to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
Proven experience with N8N automation.
Strong knowledge of JSON and API integrations.
Familiarity with services like Google Docs, OpenAI, and WhatsApp Business API.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
Project Scope:
We are halfway through the workflow; the main challenge lies in correcting data routing and finalizing the logic.
Estimated effort: 5-10 hours.
