JQuery UI , load div element in dialog or iframe

Im writting a tampermonkey userscript to edit some stuff in a browser game i play called torn.com
I just want to know how to add div elements from a subpage torn.com/proprieties/vault to show up as dialog or iframe or some kind of popup when i mousedown a element for 1 second , that element is present in every page of the domain torn.com/*
That way i would have acces to the vault "deposit" and "withdraw" elements from any page of the game without loading 2 whole new tabs
