Enhance Towing Job Intake System
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have an in-house PHP platform that our dispatchers use to log towing calls, but the job-entry screen needs to be expanded. Right now it captures only the basics; I need you to extend that form so that, during manual entry, our staff can record every critical detail without jumping between screens.
The new form must collect:
• Customer information
• Vehicle details
• Location details
Once the data is stored, it should display instantly in the existing job queue and remain fully editable. Please follow the current coding style (PHP 8, jQuery for dynamic behaviour, vanilla CSS—no frameworks) so the update slots cleanly into production. I will provide a Git repo and a staging URL; you’ll fork, commit, and open a PR so we can review your changes. Clear, well-commented code and a short read-me explaining any new tables, endpoints, or scripts will be the acceptance criteria.
If this first enhancement goes smoothly, I have additional modules—such as automated call parsing and customer notifications—that we can tackle next.
