Contact Popup Form Setup
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a lightweight popup contact form for my website. When a visitor clicks a the button, form pops up and collect the info, and send everything straight to my email.
Keep the build simple and responsive:
• Fields: the usual name, email, phone, and message and drop down option
• Code: vanilla JavaScript or jQuery is perfect; clean CSS so I can tweak colours later.
• Backend: a small PHP script that emails the submission (happy to consider another language if that’s easier for you).
• Spam protection: a quick honeypot or light reCAPTCHA v2 is enough.
Deliverables
1. HTML, CSS, and JS files (or a consolidated snippet) ready to drop into an existing page.
2. Server-side handler that emails the form data.
3. Brief README showing where to paste the code and how to set my email address.
I’ll consider the job complete when the popup appears smoothly on desktop and mobile, and messages land in my inbox without fuss.
