CodeIgniter Bug Fix Sprint

I’m in the final stretch of a PHP / CodeIgniter application that’s roughly 90 % complete. There are 192 logged items; about 30 are already resolved, leaving 162 Bugs/Defects/Logic Errors that must be fixed and retested so we can go live on 22 October.

Scope and workflow
• Work directly on my development server, committing and deploying fixes throughout the day.
• Coordinate with my project manager, who will verify each fix against the existing unit testing suite and immediate manual checks.
• Once we’re satisfied internally, the build moves to client UAT; any feedback that comes back before the deadline is also within scope.
• Issues span all screens, so expect touches to controllers, models, views, and front-end tweaks when a logic error surfaces visually.

What I expect from you
• Deep experience with PHP 7+, CodeIgniter (v3), MySQL, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Clean, well-commented commits that reference the ticket number.
• Availability for quick Slack or Zoom clarifications during the week.
• Proactive suggestions if a systemic fix can eliminate multiple tickets at once.

Deliverables
1. Resolve the remaining 162 tickets to “passed” status in our tracker.
2. Provide a concise change log at the end of each day.
3. Assist with any retest corrections that arise during client UAT before 22 November.
