Upgrade 11ty Website to Bootstrap 5.3.2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an 11ty website in place for my existing business, which I need professionally upgraded. This upgrade is necessary to comply with new standards. The target version is Bootstrap 5.3.2 from the current 4.5.2. In this upgrade, I require the removal of jQuery.
The site comprises roughly:
- 10 standard pages made with markdown/njk
- 5 main product pages
- 5 sub product pages
- 2 templates
- 1 base
One particular aspect that I would like to use the upgraded, non jquery version that is offered from Bootstrap 5. The current grids are breaking when directly dumping in the Bootstrap 5 cdn script as many classes need change to the new version.
Ideal candidates for this task are those who:
- Have experience in upgrading between Bootstrap versions,
- Can confidently utilize markdown/njk, and
- Are capable of integrating new classes
There is not expectation of redesigning or making any design changes. This is a pure Bootstrap upgrade.
Your task will be complete when the site looks and functions as it did previously, but operates on the updated Bootstrap version. Let's work together to update my site according to the prevailing standards.
