PowerApps Application Creation using Canvas and Data verse

I have requirement to create a canvas application to use like single page application with scrollbar. i would like to connect three diff tables in a single screen with page scroll own I can able to update the values.

And I need a ability to copy the values from previous item to reduce the manual steps.
