Make changes in html jQuery Slider

Attached jQuery Slider (test.html), I need to make changes in this slider :
1) Stop Auto Slide
2) Allow Slide by mouse, or hand if visit from mobile
3) Don't loop, when be first slide cant previous, and when be in the last slide cant go next.
