JQuery / Polygon.IO - Create hover window for results, instead of clicking cell

I have a website where you click a cell and a new page opens with a graph. I want to hover over a cell and a small preview of the graph to appear. See image POP.jpg. I also want to be able to right click a cell and open in a new window. A hover feature was working on the website, but I removed it for speed. i know it can be done. Looking to spend $30.
