JQuery Help

I have a page that I need help adding some dynamic fields to I already have a basic jquery script installed on this page and just need some help getting it to add an extra field when the user clicks a green plus icon and remove a field if they press the minus button. I also want this field to have a predictive text functionality so as the user types it will search a already known list to allow them to tap on a selection so they dont have to type it all out. But with that being said they should still be able to type the whoel thing out in case there option is not listed in the predictive text array.
