Help needed debugging jquery

On my website I have a form with repeating fields. I need some help to get the data attribute value from a deeply nested div. The data is a filename that is uploaded so I set a timeout function on it as the user may upload multiple files and the divs are created with each filename.
I then need to take the filename without the "http:....." and display it in a new div. I have attached the html and jquery I have so far.
