I'm looking to integrate Google Chat API into my Next.js application. The integration should enable sending 1:1 messages, sending messages to spaces, and receiving notifications.

- Receive Notifications: Get alerts for incoming messages and important updates.
Authentication: I currently have OAuth2 set up for Google services in my Next.js application. The freelancer will not need to set up authentication from scratch, but should be comfortable working within this framework.
