FANCYBOX POPUP CLICKABLE LINK

I have a website where people can setup an appointment online. It uses Fancybox jquery popup box to fill in their information. After submission, they get a instruction how to send a photo to a phone number if they click on the phone number link. (See attached photo). Currently when you click on the phone number link, it doesn't do anything. I need it to go to their text message screen on their phone so they can send photos.
