Complete my UI Design for a mobile app

I have been working with dogma and have completed my design but would need to do transitions, animations and prototyping and finally publish as a mobile up.....some screens would require polishing and also ensuring we have slides.

I will be able to share my work with the person who has the best to offer, and is slightly affordable.

I have no budget set but will respond to the lowest bidder.
