Budget tracking app -- 2

need to develop web application where user can login and add their income and expenses with dates and title with category, shows chart, add transaction manually, by speech and by taking picture of receipt, show total balance, can search transaction based on date or category and that will run in all devices using html, css and react js. need to connect it to backend and add few features.
