I have established the first traditional baijiu (chinese spirit) distillery outside of China, in Tasmania. It is a true blue ocean story with a heap of interesting angles (founders, business, Chinese culture, Chinese tradition, Australia-China relations, and more).
We are launching our product in April 2022 and we have a great story that we need someone to write up so I can broadly send it out to journalists.
