News Reporter and Live session Host

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for speaker acquisition, coordination & all communication as per live reporting timelines.
2. Interpret and present news stories so that viewers or listeners can better understand them
3. Coordinating with Speakers & identifying their strength areas & accordingly design their sessions
4. Conduct live interviews with CXO’s, Business leaders, Industry influencers and experts who can provide additional information or opinions
5. Identify newsworthy events and developments in their region of operation
6. Conducting research and writing scripts on topics prior to broadcasts
7. Attending and reporting on events that are of interest to business leaders
8. Delivering scripted, spontaneous, live, and prerecorded reports on newsworthy events
9. Transcribing and summarising events for further news purposes
10. Travelling to events and ensuring the proper maintenance, security, and care of recording equipment
11. Representing the organisation at conferences, press briefings, events, and interviews
12. Ensuring a professional appearance, language use, and manner throughout reports
