Journalist Paparazzi (take celebrity photo)

I am looking for a journalist located in South Korea Seoul to capture photos of a specific celebrities during their public appearances. Requirements:
- Ability to attend and cover public appearances of specific celebrities
- Knowledge of the celebrity industry
- Experience as a journalist paparazzi, photography or similar
