I need well-sourced, publish-ready news articles that track the most important political and social developments across North America, Europe, Asia and the Arab world. Each piece must read as real news, not opinion, and should be written in a crisp, objective tone suitable for an online newsroom.
What I’m looking for
• 800–1,000 word news stories that explain the “what happened” and, when relevant, the broader social implications.
• Solid headline, sub-headline and a concise lead paragraph that immediately tells the reader why the story matters.
• Attribution to at least two reputable sources, with hyperlinks embedded.
• Clean copy that follows AP style (or Reuters style if you prefer), free of factual or grammatical errors.
Turnaround & workflow
I’ll assign topics as events break or when a developing story needs follow-up coverage. I expect the first draft back within 12 hours of assignment; quicker on major developments. Revisions, when needed, should be returned promptly.
Acceptance criteria

2. All names, dates and figures verified against primary or highly reliable secondary sources.
3. No undue bias—language must remain neutral and reportorial.
