Next open your database with phpadmin and add(Insert) to your **_extensions
extension_id = new ID that is not being used
package_id = 0
name = com_usercheck
type = component
element = com_usercheck
client_id = 1
enabled = 1
access = 1

Next in your administrator back end under menus
Try to use quick Links( If it is not there then create a menu quick links). Yes you do want this set to public but do not use the menu anywhere on your site.
