I need someone who can help me regain access to the backend (admin area) of my own web site

I had a malicious user in my database, who I am assuming through a malware attack, removed me, the owner and super administrator, from having access to the admin area of my Joomla web site. I have since deleted about 800 questionable users from my users_usergroup table. My user name is still listed at the top of the usergroup table. I need someone who can help me regain access to the backend (admin area) of my own web site.
