i need a jomla expert to help me update from 3.10 to 4

i need to upgrade my site from 3.1 to 4 from within joomla, however. every time i try i get loads of errors and site has to be restored from a back up, i am looking for a quote for help in getting this sorted, i only want to spend £50 as it is only a few scripts or mods that are causing the issue.
