I need to install a Joomla Template JA Stark

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me install a Joomla Template JA Stark ( https://www.joomlart.com/demo/ja-stark ) on my server within the next 24 hours. I do not have the Joomla software installed, so I will need assistance with the installation process.
I also will need to make it work for two languages.
