I need help with my Joomla website using SP Page Builder Pro

I need a someone familiar with Joomla and SP Page Builder Pro to help me build out our website. We've applied a theme and that is working correctly, but I am struggling to edit/create pages and the contact forms do not work.

The website is www.blueelectrics.co.uk

Also, the website defaults to /index.php for all pages, so I would like to fix that.

This will be on-going work, so when quoting, please quote an hourly/daily rate.
