I need an expert in EasySocial for Joomla

I have a handful of EasySocial profile types and everything was working correctly until today when I noticed that I am getting a redirect error when trying to register a new account on the site.

The EasySocial registration screens display correctly, however when I click "Submit" to create the account, instead of going to the "Activate Your Account" page as before (it's set to "Require user activation", I am getting a redirect error.

If I change the "Registration Type" setting on a profile type to "Normal Registration (Automatic Login)" then everything works correctly.
