I need to eliminate a virus from my website and restoring my .index.php file. I tried to remove the index.php file but it keeps restoring the old infected file.

I am in need of a skilled professional to help me eliminate a virus from my website and restore my .index.php file. Despite my attempts to remove the infected file, it keeps reverting back to the old infected version. (See the enclosed infected index.php file)
