i need to add url of a site on google

I need to add the url of a site on google, it is not possible to find the page and i don't understand why. It is a joomla website created with nicepage.
Moreover I did a previous job that didn't work with a freelancer and I have some mess in the menu site. He created menu in other languages that didn't work and I can not remove. I'm pretty sure this can influence the google adding url, because before this job it was possible to find the page on google
