iCal synchronization integration - Joomla 3 component

We have a Joomla 3 component with the name Koparent that has been modified. The client is using this for renting apartments. It had a full service listed like prices, dates, booking, reservations...We need a pro-Joomla developer who can build the option that every 60 mins (with a cron job) the dates for each advert are synced with client ical. In ical client have listed all adverts (apartments) and all unavailable days. This should be synced every 60 mins with the calendars on the live site.
What should be done:
1. In the component should be created one field ical so that for each advert user can add the link to the ical calendar
2. cron job will trigger the ical
3. After the cron job is triggered and taken dates are booked the reservation should be created with the take dates as booked so that other users can't book the take dates and the calendar for the users should be marked with red color = taken (if the reservation is set the calendar works)
