We have fitness site that will use the same format as the site listed below. The current site is using joomla install
WHAT I DO NOT NEED
I dont need a new webiste
I dont need any install on my server
What i need
CSS adjustments for format so my current site appears like the copy site along with its images for desktop and mobile phones.

The install is already setup.
What i need is a copy of this site so i can show the client then i myself will change the images to the fitness website.
The site should appear the same for both website and mobile. As the client wants the same look

We need email to setup also using the current joomla installl but with spam protection. We have had historic issues with spam. I already know how to setup a contact page as well as email. I am asking for someone with joomla knowledge that can setup the best spam protection system for email.
