Website upgrade Joomla V3 to V4

Installing new Joomla 4 template, Install Joomla 4 extensions, move pages and custom content to new version
Instructions from template author:
"New template version is different than version from Joomla 3.
Some extensions won't work with Joomla 4, the example J2store.
You need to make full backup before upgrade.
Install all extensions for Joomla 4, Uninstall extensions that won't work with J4
My advise is to use Quickinstall for Joomla 4 (it is included in latest update) and after this you can export your pages, css custom etc and import in new Quickinstall."
J2Store is not used on website (no store at all)
