Website hosting migration project

Our website is developed in Joomla and it is hosted on Hostgator. The person who was managing our website has left us and we do not have access to the hostgator panel. However, we have access to C panel. We would like to take new server space on hostgator or any other recommended hosting site, and migrate our existing website to the new server. Please respond if you are a freelancer (we would prefer to work with a freelancer who we can directly interact with) and if you have the necessary skills to executing this project. Our budget is very tight so place give your best quote.
