For one of our clients we need a new Joomla expert to create and maintain a website based on the CMS Joomla. The quote needs to include a license free template, 5-6 menus with several articles. please quote for the initial website on a flat rate, we are looking for a modern design, images and graphs will be provided as well as texts. A contact form should be included with drop down options.
