Upgrade Joomla site to work with php7.4

Our church schools in the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod (WELS) use PowerSchool. I support those schools using this site: https://ps-support.smls.org The site needs to be updated to work with php7.4 due to SiteGround's impending mandatory update. This site also uses HESK for support requests. I'm looking for an expert to do the update and troubleshoot any update issues.
