Upgrade Joomla and integrate Google Tag Manager

- Expertise in Joomla 3.x
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager integration
- Knowledge of Joomla upgrades and migrations

My Joomla 3 needs to be upgraded to Joomla 4.
My template is so outdated; it does not run the latest PHP, and I am still on version 7 something.
I have partially integrated the tag manager, but unless I fix it myself before the job starts, I need it fixed for my websites.
I have one regular community website and one shop website that need tag manager with integrated dynamic prices.
In addition, some more minor issues along the way.
We do an hourly rate, and the downtime needed for my websites has to be in the nighttime for different timezones for the two sites, so some inconvenient hours are required.
