Upgrade Joomla 3.10.12 to 5.1

I am seeking a Joomla expert to upgrade my current Joomla 3.10.12 website to Joomla 5.1. The current website was built using YOOtheme Craft template and Page Builder. I have both the template/Page Builder for Joomla 5.1, so you can just recreate the current site with the same features and functionalities.

Key deliverables:
- Upgraded Joomla 5.1 website as original
- Recreate the website using the YOOtheme template and Page Builder (Yootheme)
- Ensure all existing features and functionalities are retained

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Joomla, particularly in upgrading between versions
- Experience in working with YOOtheme template and Page Builder
- Ability to handle content extraction and migration efficiently

Please note that I will need the freelancer to extract and migrate the content from the current site to the new one - This can be cut and paste, database extraction or available tools. My concern is the end results. The goal is to have a seamless transition without losing any information.
