Update joomla component and a fix

I am running a Joomla 3.9x site, and I have Acymailing v.5.10.4 modified to send updates to users of Mosets Tree directory depending on their Mosets categories selection.
I updated the site template and then the front-end subscription form is not recognizing logged in users and their previous categories selection.
What I want is:
1- Fix front-end form.
2- Update Acymailing to the latest v.5.10.21
