Update + Upgrade J3 to J4 + Kunena Forum LIVE ! platform

Our website tref.eu is 24/7 live online.
We consider complete reconstruction, or modernising + upgrading web- and forum, as a project.
All data and publications and libraries from previous years must be preserved and integrated in the new version.
We prefer upgrade to joomla 4.x (The udde IMessaging in the kunena forum is obsolete and no longer used.)
Site and forum (now in Kunena 5.02) is in dutch language, and must be upgraded to 6.x, while colors and Impression should be -preferrably- a css lookalike, but your suggestions are welcome.
The twitter API must be implemented in the site enabling quoting tweets on the page, in the article - posting, as well as other features included in J.4.x
We had to migrate to a brandnew webserver with all php versions, as a freelancer took the whole offline for nearly 3 weeks.
