Update Joomla 3 component for Joomla 4

Maybe 10 years ago, spending a lot of time I have created a component for my Joomla 3 website (please find it in the attached files)
It is a simple component where the visitors can search for electric motor by selecting 2 parameters - Power and Speed.
Now I need this component to be upgraded for a Joomla 4 website.
I do not mind if you just write it from the very beginning.
At the end I will need a .zip file which I to install on my Joomla installation and get the same functionality
