Update Joomla v2.54 to Joomla 4.1 and make the theme working with joomla 4.1

I have a website running joomla verion 2.54 before, under Php 5.6.40, Mysql 5.6.41-84.1 on bluehost shared hosting.
Bluehost update the php version to Php 8.0 now and my website is broken down. Please update my joomla 2.54 website to joomla 4.1.0 and make the theme working with joomla 4.1 too.
