Update Joomla Extension for Joomla 4 and PHP 8.

I have a Joomla event calendar extension (including some modules and plugins) that I would like to update for Joomla 4 and PHP 8.
Detailed description and requirements will follow when accepted.
We will have at least one feedback loop in the development process, if necessary more.
After the first coding phase, we will test everything and feed back the bugs etc. to the developer to fix.
After fixing, we will again test everything and feed back potentials bugs.
Until it works smoothly.
