Update Joomla 1.5.17 to 3x

I have a Joomla Version 1.5.17 that needs to be updated to 3x so it can run on PHP 7.3. I don’t mind what version of 3 it is.

• Multilingual Registration Approval
• System - Show attachments in editor
• Admin Approval
• System - Joo Recaptcha

• System - Debug
• System - Remember Me
• User - Joomla!

I can package up the site and the DB for you to work on your server. Once you have completed the update you can send me the files for me to confirm that it works on my server.
