Support with joomla-development and rebuild webpage in other language

We are looking for a freelancer who can provide support with Joomla development for our projects. The specific support I need includes customization and design changes.
Additionally, we are also in need to translate content at the webpage into French and Italien. The translation can be made with deepl.
Skills and experience required for this job:
- Proficiency in Joomla development, including customization and design changes
- Fluency in english, with the ability to accurately translate webpage content (with deepl)
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and fix any bugs that may arise during the development process.
In a following project, we have to rebuild in a advanced style some webpages to WordPress. It will be an advance, if skill also contains WordPress.
