Small Joomla Site Review/Help

I have a very small Joomla intranet and I want to make very small few changes in one of the pages. This page basically is a form with few inputs and then on submit, it sends an email to few recipients with the content of the form fields. I want to add/remove people from the email list and I don't know how.
