Server cleaning and Joomla upgrade

Our website was developed about 6 years ago. The hosting provider has shutdown the website right now because the server is infected with malware. We are looking for someone who can (1) clean the server and (2) upgrade the website too the latest version of Joomla, i.e. Joomla 4.0. We would like to receive approximate quotation right now. Please reply only if you have relevant experience, and if you are a freelancer who would be directly working on the project. We would not like to work with any company.
