SETUP GOOGLE ANALYTIS 4 - VIRTUEMART 4

I would like someone specialized in Google Analytics 4 to setup my analytics acount ( Joomla 4 - Virtuemart 4 ).
My site is in the Greek language and is only intended for customers in Greece. Of course the backend has the English language.
I have used the assistant from the old Analytics to the new one but it doesn't show me your sales.
In my conversions it shows me page_view, session_start, scroll, first_visit etc.
Also, the new menu that shows (Generate Income) does not work at all
To check if he is working correctly, (sales, visits, etc.) and to setup Google Analytics 4 in his opinion as best as he thinks.
My site is linked to Google ADS and works Great.
I would like whoever undertakes:
1st. Tell me what he's going to do and then do it then.
2nd. To deliver the code to me, and in which files he has placed them.
