Resolve .HTACCESS file or other error which is causing our JOOMLA website to not load

We have a joomla website which was recently restored using Akeeba kickstart and it is not working fine. We have checked error logs and other settings and most probably the error is in .htaccess file or something related to the same. For an experience Joomla person, this would not take much time to resolve. Looking forward.
