Repairs to Joomla Site

I require a coder to make some small repairs to a Joomla website:
1) Update Joomla to the latest version (taking care to ensure everything works properly)
2) Retrieve my Admin username and password (as it doesn't seem to be working)
3) Login into my server console and switch php t the current version (this requires clicking 1 box)
